Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all parts and the packaging is in its original condition.
  • Normal use of the product is evident; damage due to careless use is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  • The product must have been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

A return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged without our fault.

Please note that the colour of the item may differ from the colour in the photos due to natural lighting. 

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process:

  1. Send an email to: contact@hazelbloom.uk
  2. Make sure the email contains the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • First and last name under which you placed the order
    • Address under which you placed the order

We will then provide you with the return address. Never send the return shipment to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you have requested it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal if the consumer is a natural person who enters into an agreement for purposes not mainly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last goods. As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery has taken place, making a refund not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hazel Bloom) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Shipment in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you have chosen a type of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.

Please note: we do not offer free returns under any circumstance, costs apply.
